6,000 attend rally in Okinawa against crimes by U.S. soldiers
CHATAN, Japan - Protesters shout anti-U.S. military slogans as they march in Chatan, Okinawa on March 23 to protest against a series of crimes committed by U.S. soldiers. An estimated 6,000 people took part in the rally where they demanded a revision of the Japan-U.S. Status of Forces Agreement and a curtailment of U.S. military bases.
