U.S. sailor arrested over taxi driver's murder

YOKOSUKA, Japan - Olatunbosun Ugbogu, a 22-year-old U.S. Navy seaman (R), looks down as he enters Yokosuka Police Station on April 3. Ugbogu was arrested the same day on suspicion of murdering and robbing Japanese taxi driver Masaaki Takahashi in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, on March 19. Ugbogu allegedly ran off after committing the crime.
