Willcom to launch new 'smartphone' device adopting Windows Vista

TOKYO, Japan - Personal handy-phone system service provider Willcom Inc. said April 14 it will launch a new ''smartphone,'' (L) a mobile communication handset with a keyboard, that adopts Microsoft Corp.'s Windows Vista operating system for the Japanese market in mid-June.
