Russia to promote economic liberalization, deputy PM indicates

MOSCOW, Russia - Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Kudrin speaks during an interview with Japanese media including Kyodo News in Moscow on June 11. Kudrin, who doubles as finance minister, indicated that the new government under President Dmitry Medvedev will promote economic liberalization including the privatization of state-run companies.
