Mitsubishi Motors launches new Toppo minivehicle

TOKYO, Japan - Mitsubishi Motors Corp. launches on Sept. 17 a new minivehicle, the Toppo (photo), for the Japanese market in an effort to boost its lineup of smaller and fuel-efficient cars amid high gasoline prices and growing concerns over climate change. The Toppo, equipped with a 660 cc engine, features an interior height of 1.43 meters, the tallest in the minivehicle segment.
