SAIPAN, Northern Mariana Islands - William M. Fitzgerald, one of three lawyers for Kazuyoshi Miura, emerges from the Saipan Supreme Court on Sept. 23 after the court rejected his appeal for release and rescinded an earlier order for him not to be transferred to Los Angeles for trial over the fatal shooting of his wife in 1981.
