Hill arrives in S. Korea amid stalled denuclearization process
SEOUL, South Korea - Top U.S. nuclear envoy Christopher Hill speaks to reporters on his arrival at Incheon International Airport on Sept. 30. Hill, assistant secretary of state for East Asia and Pacific affairs, visited Seoul for talks with his South Korean counterpart aimed at putting the stalled six-party talks on North Korea's denuclearization back on track.
