Nippon Oil, Nippon Mining to merge business

TOKYO, Japan - Photo taken Dec. 4 shows the headquarters of Nippon Mining Holdings Inc., Japan's sixth-largest oil distributor, in Tokyo's Minato Ward. Nippon Mining and Nippon Oil Corp., the largest oil distributor in Japan, said the same day they will decide on integrating their business at respective board meetings later in the day.
