STOCKHOLM, Sweden - Osamu Shimomura from Japan, an 80-year-old professor emeritus at Boston University who will receive the Nobel Prize in chemistry, gives a lecture on ''Discovery of Green Fluorescent Protein, GFP'' at Stockholm University on Dec. 8 prior to an award ceremony.
