Japanese doctor abducted in Ethiopia, freed in Kenya

INA, Japan - Chihiro Akahane, 34, brother of Keiko Akahane, 32, and her mother Chieko, 64, appear before reporters at a relative's house in Ina, Nagano Prefecture, Jan. 8 after Keiko, a female Japanese doctor abducted in Ethiopia, was freed in Kenya. Keiko was abducted by an armed group in Ethiopia on Sept. 22, 2008.
