2nd extra budget, related bills to pass lower house committees

TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Taro Aso speaks at a session of the House of Representatives Budget Committee in Tokyo on Jan. 13. A secondary supplementary budget for fiscal 2008 and its related bills are expected to clear the committee, paving the way for the lower house to pass them in its plenary session later in the day.
