Aso willing to introduce taxpayer ID No. system

TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Taro Aso replies to questions during a session of the House of Councillors Budget Committee on Jan. 19. Aso showed willingness to consider introducing a taxpayer identification number system on the first day of deliberations of the upper house budget committee on the government-proposed second supplementary budget for fiscal 2008.
