Tokyo Disney operator holds event to recruit 2,000 part-timers

TOKYO, Japan - Applicants line up to interview for jobs at Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea in an event organized by Oriental Land Co. at the Tokyo International Forum in Tokyo's Chiyoda Ward on Jan. 25. The operator of the two amusement parks is recruiting part-timers for 20 types of job at a time when major Japanese manufacturers are slashing nonregular workforces amid the global economic slowdown.
