Nakagawa quits over behavior at G-7
TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Finance Minister Shoichi Nakagawa enters the prime minister's office on Feb. 17. Nakagawa told Prime Minister Taro Aso of his intention to quit, taking the blame for his unusual behavior at a weekend Group of Seven press conference in Rome.
