Vice MOF chief Hirata to quit over shady stock trading

TOKYO, Japan - Senior Vice Finance Minister Koichi Hirata announces his intention to resign during a press conference at the Finance Ministry on March 26. He made the announcement following the revelation of his shady stock sales earlier this month.
