Aso orders gov't to draw up fresh stimulus steps

TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Taro Aso speaks at a news conference at the prime minister's office in Tokyo on March 31. Aso said that the government will submit a supplementary budget for fiscal 2009 to the Diet in a bid to weather the recession.
