High court gives drunk driver 20-yr-term for killing 3 kids

FUKUOKA, Japan - Akio Ogami (R) and his wife Kaori attend a news conference in Fukuoka on May 15 after the Fukuoka High Court sentenced Futoshi Imabayashi, a 24-year-old former Fukuoka City employee, to 20 years in prison for causing the deaths of their three children in a 2006 hit-and-run case while driving under the influence of alcohol.
