Gov't launches 'eco-point' system to spur sluggish economy

TOKYO, Japan - Japan's Economy, Trade and Industry Minister Toshihiro Nikai (L) is shown a television included in the ''eco-points'' program at an electronics store in Tokyo's Setagaya Ward on May 15.
