Ozawa accepts Hatoyama's offer to become DPJ secretary general
TOKYO, Japan - Ichiro Ozawa, currently one of the acting presidents of the Democratic Party of Japan, speaks to reporters at the DPJ's headquarters in Tokyo on Sept. 3 after talks with DPJ President Yukio Hatoyama. Ozawa said he has accepted an offer by Hatoyama to become the party's secretary general.
