Okada gives Afghan child polio vaccine

KABUL, Afghanistan - Japanese Foreign Minister Katsuya Okada, who made an unannounced visit to Afghanistan, gives a polio vaccine to a child in the arms of Afghan President Hamid Karzai at the presidential office in Kabul on Oct. 11, 2009. Japan has helped Afghanistan tackle the disease and procure the vaccine to fight it.
