TOKYO, Japan - The Tokyo-bound lane on the Tomei Expressway (L) in Isehara, Kanagawa Prefecture, is jammed on Jan. 3, 2010, with vehicles carrying travelers returning home after spending the New Year's holidays at their hometowns and resorts.
