Ishiba discusses U.S. military base issue with Campbell
WASHINGTON, United States - Shigeru Ishiba, the policy chief of the main opposition Liberal Democratic Party, speaks to reporters after meeting with Kurt Campbell, assistant secretary of state for East Asian and Pacific affairs, in front of the U.S. State Department in Washington on Jan. 6, 2010.
