BOJ reiterates Japan to see 3 yrs of deflation, holds rates steady
TOKYO, Japan - Bank of Japan Governor Masaaki Shirakawa speaks during a press conference on Jan. 26, 2010, after the central bank's two-day policy meeting. The BOJ the same day reiterated that it projects Japan will see at least three years of price declines and left its key interest unchanged at 0.1 percent in an effort to combat deflation and help the nation's economy to recover.
