Takanohana files for board of directors candidacy
TOKYO, Japan - Former yokozuna (grand champion) Takanohana files his candidacy for the Japan Sumo Association's 10-man board of directors at Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo on Jan. 28, 2010.
