Funds scandal partly to blame for loss in Nagasaki poll: Ozawa
TOKYO, Japan - Ichiro Ozawa, secretary general of the ruling Democratic Party of Japan, speaks during a press conference at the party's headquarters in Tokyo on Feb. 22, 2010. Ozawa said that the funds scandal in which he was embroiled could be partly to blame for the DPJ-backed candidate's defeat in the Nagasaki gubernatorial election on the previous day.
