U.S. attack subs unlikely to reload cruise missiles: Okada

TOKYO, Japan - Foreign Minister Katsuya Okada speaks during a session of the House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee in Tokyo on March 10, 2010, a day after a panel acknowledged the existence of a ''tacit agreement'' that led Japan to allow U.S. nuclear-armed ships to visit Japanese ports without prior consultation. Okada said he does not think the United States will load nuclear Tomahawk cruise missiles on its attack submarines again.
