New recruits mark 1st day of work as Toyota, JAL vow fresh start

TOYOTA, Japan - Toyota Motor Corp. President Akio Toyoda addresses some 1,250 new recruits during an initiation ceremony at the company's headquarters in the city of Toyota, Aichi Prefecture, on April 1, 2010. An estimated 760,000 new recruits marked their first day of work across Japan the same day.
