Japan maglev project put off until 2027
NAGOYA, Japan - Yoshiomi Yamada, president of Central Japan Railway Co., speaks at a press conference at the Nagoya Stock Exchange on April 28, 2010. The company, more widely called JR Tokai, said it will postpone the planned launch of magnetically levitated train services by two years until 2027.
