Apple's iPad goes on sale in Japan

TOKYO, Japan - Takechiyo Nakayama, a 19-year-old part-time worker, holds up an Apple iPad at an Apple store in Tokyo's Ginza shopping district on May 28, 2010, the first day of sales of the product in Japan. Nakayama, who had been waiting in front of the store for two days, is the first customer to buy it among 1,200 people who lined up before sales.
