SAPPORO, Japan - A police officer stands guard in front of a burned room of a wooden apartment building in Tomakomai, Hokkaido, on June 14, 2010, after the bodies of three children were found there following a fire. The three are believed to be Risa Shiraishi, 6, and her sister Emiri, 4 and brother Takuto, 2, who are grandchildren of Yoshiharu Watanabe, 71, who lives on the ground floor of the apartment which houses four families.
