BOGOTA, Colombia - Masao Tsutsui (file photo), a 68-year-old Japanese immigrant who cultivates plants at a garden in southwestern Colombia, has apparently seized by left-wing Colombian guerrillas, security authorities said on June 23, 2010. The guerrillas have demanded ransom several times for Tsutsui living in Santiago de Cali, or simply Cali, Colombia's third-largest city.

      BOGOTA, Colombia - Photographed on June 22, 2010, is the workplace in southwestern Colombia of a Japanese horticulturalist, Masao Tsutsui, who reportedly was kidnapped by left-wing guerillas in March. The captors, called the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, are demanding ransom for the immigrant from Japan, who went missing after leaving the place, according to sources. (Kyodo)
