CHICAGO, United States - Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Minister Seiji Maehara (R) and East Japan Railway Co.           JR Hokkaido finds 170 more unrepaired rail defects

          SAPPORO, Japan - Officials of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism arrive at the head office of Hokkaido Railway Co. in Sapporo, Hokkaido, on Sept. 25, 2013, for inspections.
