Ozawa to face indictment over fund scandal

OSAKA, Japan - People read extra editions of a newspaper reporting that a citizens' panel has decided that Ichiro Ozawa, a former secretary general of the ruling Democratic Party of Japan, should face mandatory indictment over a scandal involving his political funds, in front of JR Osaka Station on Oct. 4, 2010. Ozawa will be the first politician to be indicted under the system to review decisions by prosecutors.
