N. Korea to seek measures with China to lift U.N. sanctions

BEIJING, China - North Korean First Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye Gwan answers reporters' questions after meeting with Wu Dawei, China's special representative for Korean Peninsula affairs, in Beijing on Oct. 15, 2010.
