U.S. urges boost in Japan-U.S.-S. Korea cooperation

TOKYO, Japan - U.S. Navy Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, speaks at a press conference at the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo on Dec. 9, 2010. Mullen said the United States has a ''real sense of urgency'' for trilateral cooperation between the United States, Japan and South Korea, in light of North Korea's deadly artillery attack on Yeonpyeong Island, South Korea.
