Construction of world's biggest LNG reserve tank

TOKYO, Japan - Photo taken on Dec. 27, 2010, shows a hole -- about 70 meters in diameter and 60 meters in depth -- at the construction site for Tokyo Gas Co.'s storage tank for liquefied natural gas, which is set to be the world's largest of its kind, at its Ogishima plant in Yokohama.
