YONAGO, Japan - People in body suits depicting Japanese specters called ''yokai'' celebrate on Dec. 30, 2010 the fact that the number of visitors to Mizuki Shigeru Road, a street in Sakaiminato, Tottori Prefecture, named after a famous local cartoonist, has surpassed 3.7 million. Shigeru Mizuki, designated a Person of Cultural Merit by the Japanese government, is known for his works featuring ''yokai.''
