France pressures Japan to join Hague Convention
PARIS, France - Richard Yung, a member of the French Senate, talks about a parliamentary resolution he has crafted urging Japan to join the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction at a press conference in Paris on Jan. 25, 2011. The Japanese government set up a task force to examine whether to join the international convention on child custody disputes.
