Gentosha to become privately held company through MBO
TOKYO, Japan - Toru Kenjo, president of publisher Gentosha Inc., speaks at a press conference in Tokyo on Feb. 15, 2011. The publisher decided at its shareholders meeting to effectively allow its parent firm, TK Holdings, to acquire its all shares to become a privately held company through a management buyout.
