Maehara, S. Korea's foreign minister meet in Tokyo
TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Foreign Minister Seiji Maehara (R) and South Korean Foreign Affairs and Trade Minister Kim Sung Hwan shake hands in Tokyo on Feb. 16, 2011. The two agreed in the meeting that North Korea's concrete action is mandatory for resuming the six-party talks on the North's denuclearization, while also agreeing to work toward restarting the stalled negotiations on a bilateral free trade agreement.
