NEW YORK, United States - Susan Rice, U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, speaks to reporters about the U.N. Security Council's sanctions resolution on Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, his family and others in the leadership over the deadly crackdown on antigovernment protestors, at the U.N. headquarters in New York on Feb. 26, 2011, after the voting. She said the resolution is a clear warning to the Libyan government that it must stop the killing.
