French U.N. ambassador Araud
NEW YORK, United States - French Ambassador to the United Nations Gerard Araud talks about the U.N. Security Council's sanctions resolution on Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, his family and others in the leadership over the deadly crackdown on antigovernment protestors, at the U.N. headquarters in New York on Feb. 26, 2011, after the voting. He said the resolution serves as an example to leaders that the international community would not allow such atrocities.
