Japan, Serbia agree to boost people exchanges
TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan (R) and Serbian President Boris Tadic shake hands before their meeting at the premier's office in Tokyo on March 8, 2011. They agreed that the two countries will boost interpersonal exchanges by easing visa requirements and work toward reforming the U.N. Security Council.
