SENDAI, Japan - Photo taken April 10, 2011, shows Minamisanriku, Miyagi Prefecture, about a month after the area was devastated by a magnitude 9.0 earthquake and massive tsunami on March 11. Almost all buildings in the town, except those made of reinforced concrete, were swept away.
