TOKYO, Japan - Employees at the Environment Ministry's Global Environment Bureau work in Hawaiian shirts and other casual wear in their office in Tokyo, while dimming the lights on June 1, 2011, the first day of the Super Cool Biz summer casual attire campaign introduced by the ministry to cut down on electricity use.
