Japan eyes lifting some evacuation directive in Fukushima
FUKUSHIMA, Japan - Goshi Hosono, minister for nuclear accidents, answers reporters' questions at the Fukushima prefectural hall in the city of Fukushima on July 2, 2011. He said the central government will consider lifting a directive for some districts of Fukushima Prefecture that requires residents to be prepared to evacuate or stay indoors in an emergency in connection with the nuclear crisis at the Fukushima Daiichi power plant.
