Outgoing nuclear agency chief
TOKYO, Japan - Outgoing Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency chief Nobuaki Terasaka speaks during a press conference in Tokyo on Aug. 10, 2011. He said the crisis at the Fukushima Daiichi atomic power plant showed Japan's nuclear regulation was inadequate, but insisted he did his best to deal with the world's worst nuclear accident in 25 years.
