Extraordinary Diet session convened

TOKYO, Japan - The opening ceremony of an extraordinary Diet session is held in the presence of Emperor Akihito at the main hall of the House Councillors in Tokyo on Sept. 13, 2011. The first parliamentary session under Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda will last for four days.
