Suzuki sends notice of breach to Volkswagen

TOKYO, Japan - Yasuhito Harayama, executive vice president of Suzuki Motor Corp., speaks during a press conference in Tokyo on Oct. 14, 2011. The automaker said it sent a notice to Volkswagen claiming the latter breached their framework agreement by not giving the Japanese automaker access to technologies that it was promised under their 2009 alliance.
