Japan Prime Minister Noda in S. Korea
SEOUL, South Korea - Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda (front) arrives at Seoul air force base in the evening on Oct. 18, 2011. Noda plans to hold talks the following day with South Korean President Lee Myung Bak, during which he will hand over five volumes of ancient Korean archives seized by Japan early last century in an attempt to boost bilateral relations.
